| Abstract | This study presents the findings of the quality of the 107 Fortune 500 B2C e-commerce Web sites. Eight key quality factors used for measurement are communication, navigation, graphics, texts, interactive shopping, sales promotions, customer service, and overall satisfaction. A total of 321 student online shoppers participated in the study. The findings indicate that the Fortune 500 B2C sites satisfied online shoppers in six of the eight quality factors; however, none of these six factors made online shoppers very satisfied. Customer service and sales promotions were not as attractive as the other quality factors to online shoppers. |
