Abstract	It is submitted for declassification under the written procedure. If no further comments are received by 14 January 2013, the document will be declassified. This report identifies and analyses some of the most important supply-side factors constraining developing countries' agricultural exports. It is intended to inform prioritisation and sequencing of domestic policy reforms as well as targeting of donor interventions. The report is part of the "Aid for Trade" intermediate output (output area 3.1.1, activity 2.2) of the Programme of Work and Budget 2011-12 of the Trade Committee [TAD/TC(2010)1].
