Abstract	The objective of these lines is to make an approach to the constitutional framework of the Andean integration Context. To this end we will contextualize the particular provisions in the Colombian Constitution, in accordance with the provisions on the particular policies in the other letters of the member countries of the Andean Community (CAN). For the above, the crisis which to date is showing the classic sources of law will be analyzed as well as the relationship between constitutional law and the Andean integration Law and the constitutional perspective of the Andean integration process in the States of the Andean Community (CAN).
