| Abstract | This research addresses the teaching as a science from its object of study: Teaching Learning Process (TLP), from the current operation of educational structures. It seeks to walk towards the future of simplicity based on the existing of the linear, simplicity towards non-linearity, circularity, to the emergency, to accept the other, deconstruct to build nouveauthought, disassemble equivocation, to focus on being, doing, knowing and live together, not driving away the uncertainty. In addition to establishing an emerging didactics, which religated Process Teaching-Learning (PTL) with information and communications technology (ICT) in local-global context for the transformation of learning mathematics and its importance for the life in the secondary basic training. ICT and emerging tools that help with formation contemplated and enhance learning and students of secondary level basic, from innovative and transformative Teaching strategies of existing reality, taking into account the methodology of the Research Action Education (IAE), as a basis for methodological development research. Education as one of the pillars of development underpins achieve the transformation of society to enhance the skills of educational actors towards building a free and thinking humanity, the teacher and the student must trace in the universe. |
