La acción colectiva transnacional en las teorías de los movimientos sociales y de las Relaciones Internacionales

Abstract	espanolDestacamos la importancia de los movimientos sociales transnacionales en la politica internacional y como esta accion colectiva es abordada desde marcos teoricos tradicionalmente centrados en el Estado: por un lado, las teorias de los movimientos sociales (TMS) que representan un punto de partida en el estudio de este fenomeno y, por otro, la disciplina de las Relaciones Internacionales (RR.II.) por medio del enfoque constructivista. El trabajo subraya la importante contribucion de las TMS para los academicos constructivistas, quienes han abierto las RR.II. al conocimiento de un tema de gran relevancia para la sociedad global. Como ejemplos de accion colectiva transnacional nos referiremos, en la ultima parte del trabajo, al movimiento por la Justicia Global y a la Alianza Social Continental. EnglishWe stress the importance of transnational social movements in international politics and how this collective action is usually approached from theoretical frameworks traditionally focused on the state. On the one hand, theories of social movements (TSM) that represent a starting point for the study of this phenomenon. On the other, the discipline of International Relations (IR) using the constructivist approach. The work underlines the important contribution of TSM to constructivist scholars who have opened the IR to the knowledge of an important topic for the global society. In the latter part of the work, we use as examples of transnational collective action the Global Justice movement and the Continental Social Alliance.
