Abstract	espanolEl presente trabajo, tiene como objetivo crear un Sistema Inteligencia Empresarial, que suministre informacion para un eficiente proceso de toma de decisiones, tomando la gestion economica como el Objeto de trabajo del Cuadro de Mando Integral y los procesos de toma de decisiones, como Campo de Accion. El trabajo resulta novedoso ya que logra integrar el Cuadro de Mando Integral, como un mecanismo que se constituye en la base, la piedra angular del sistema, dedicado a desarrollar la aplicacion de la estrategia de la empresa y su derivacion en objetivos tacticos y operati vos, en todos los estratos organizativos de la Piramide de Gestion, para informar, en forma sistematica e inervar sus diferentes niveles de ejecucion a fin de crear una gestion, que se constituye en un sistema de inteligencia empresarial, que facilita el proceso de toma de decisiones y su aplicacion a las condiciones especificas de las empresas estatales cubanas, el cual se caracteriza por el empleo de equipos multidisciplinarios y la sinergia en el proceso de toma de decisiones. EnglishThe present work, he aims at creating a System Intelligent management, that he supply information for an efficient lead-in process of decisions, taking the economic steps like the Object of work of the Integral Panel Board and the lead-in processes of decisions, like Action camp. The work proves to be innovative since he is able to integrate the Integral Panel Board like a mechanism that is constituted at base, system's cornerstone, dedicated to develop the application of the company's strategy and his derivation in tactical objectives and operations, in everyone the organizational stratum of Gestion's Pyramid, to inform, in shape systematics and innervating his different levels of execution in order to create a steps, that it gets constituted in a system of entrepreneurial intelligence, that he makes easy the lead-in process of decisions and his application to the public enterprises's specific Cubans conditions, Which characterizes for multidisciplinaries teams's job and the synergy in the lead-in process of decisions itself
