Abstract	The diagnosis and treatment of normal tension glaucoma remain controversial. The diagnostic dilemma is further compounded by the vast array of investigative modalities available. Also the concept of target IOP and physical quality of life of the patient is an important determinant of current glaucoma practice.This review provides a logical algorithm for the diagnosis, investigation and management of normal tension glaucoma (NTG).
