| Abstract | Nurseries in Peru, are the first step in any program of revegetation, with the function to obtain seedlings of superior quality and ensure the success of reforestation, for which it is necessary to align with technological advances and improve processes in the shortest possible time, reducing fixed and variable costs, which in Peru is not given, because many of the companies engaged in this sector use traditional processes, which results in dissatisfaction in efficiency and production efficiency. The research is based on Genesis Nurseries, specializing in the production of vegetable seedlings by hand for export as asparagus, artichokes, peppers and peppers of all kinds, melons, tomatoes, seedless watermelons, broccoli, eggplant, among other companies. Main objective in this investigation, I point to design an automated system for mixing sand and substrate in order to improve production and quality standards; the design of this machine was made in the SketchUp program and control system and PLC programming Twido Suite, is profiled to monitor in real time and in the environment of industrial production processes.
