| Abstract | In the last years, cloud computing has been widely recognized by the industry and the academy like the next generation of computing infrastructure. Cloud computing is a solution to the important requirement of signal processing in mobile systems. This technology prese nts advantages for mobile communications. However, it still has some challenges and decisions to face. In addit ion, the current challenges of mobile communications like: bandwidth, latency, user mobility, channel propagat ion and the variations of traffic load, compromise the accomplish of the cloud computing services. This ar ticle presents a study of the mobile cloud computin g, its advantages and its challenges. The main contributio n of this work is to motivate researchers and engin eers of our region to address the challenges that face this tec hnology. |
