| Abstract | El Derecho se halla ya presente en las Partidas de Alfonso X El Sabio y se promulga mediante la Carta Magna y las catedras juridicas precursoras del protocolo academico actual. Los estudios de Derecho cuentan con gran tradicion en la Universidad espanola. Los objetivos de esta investigacion son analizar la visibilidad de las asignaturas juridicas y la carga lectiva de la materia Derecho de la Informacion en los planes de estudio de la Licenciatura y del Grado en Periodismo de las Universidades espanolas con mayor tradicion en la imparticion de la titulacion; asi como plantear propuestas de mejora para potenciar la formacion juridica de los periodistas. Se han contrastado los planes de estudio de la Licenciatura y del Grado en Periodismo de un conjunto de Universidades espanolas. La muestra seleccionada esta compuesta por 9 universidades con mas de 15 anos impartiendo la titulacion de Periodismo y por su amplia oferta de plazas de nuevo ingreso. Los resultados confirman la escasa relevancia del area juridica en el itinerario formativo de la titulacion. Se propone la organizacion de una especializacion obligatoria de 90 CR ECTS en Periodismo Juridico durante los tres ultimos cursos del Grado en Periodismo; el aumento lectivo de la asignatura Derecho de la Informacion; y el establecimiento tanto de 12 CR ECTS de practicas como de 18 CR ECTS de Trabajo de Fin de Grado (TFG) para aumentar las expectativas profesionales de los comunicadores y servir a la sociedad con el maximo rigor. ABSTRACT Legal Training of Journalist in Spain: a need to meet the Information Law and the Right to Information. The law is already present in the Games of Alfonso X El Sabio and enacted by Magna and legal precursor of the current academic protocol chairs Charter. Law studies have a long tradition in the Spanish University. The objectives of this research are to analyze the visibility of legal subjects and the workload of the law concerning the information in the curriculum of the Bachelor Degree in Journalism and the most traditional Spanish Universities in the delivery of the titration; and make proposals for improvement to enhance the legal education of journalists. It has contrasted curriculum of the Bachelor Degree in Journalism and a set of Spanish Universities. The sample is composed of 9 universities with over 15 years teaching the Journalism Degree and its wide range of new places for. The results confirm the low relevance of the legal department in the formation process of the Degree. The organization of a compulsory CR 90 ECTS specialization in Legal Journalism is proposed during the last three years of the Degree in Journalism; increase the workload subject Information Law; and establishing both 12 ECTS CR practices as 18 ECTS CR Working Final Project (TFG) to increase the professional expectations of communicators and serve society with the maximum rigor. |
