| Abstract | One of the existing forms of one of the medical record files is a summary of resumes containing patient clinical data. The purpose of this study is to identify the completeness of filling out medical resume form on the patient's inpatient medical record of JKN at Orthopedic Hospital Prof. DR. R. Soeharso Surakarta in 2015. This type of research is descriptive quantitative research. Sampling technique with exhaustive sampling technique. The population of this research is medical resume form on medical record of JKN patient in May-June 2015. The sample in this research is 91 medical resume form of JKN patient. The results showed the completeness of filling patient identification on the ward/class item by 82% and on item of gender equal to 51%. Completeness of filling the important report on the final diagnosis item by 77% and on the history of disease item by 76%. Correct documentation of error correction items is 65% and on recordings is clear and readable by 75%. Advice for nurses and doctors, the cooperation in completing medical resume form because the form is very important to improve the quality of medical records and can be used by various parties as a requirement of JKN claims. |
