| Abstract | Bullying at work is a concept, has been getting worse in recent years. This phenomenon can lead to severe cases of disorders of psychological scope, in moderate cases can lead to situations of prolonged disease evolving into retirement, and bound to suicides, homicides and physical violence. This research aimed to identify bullying in the context of labour, through the application of an instrument, the negative Acts questionnaire validated by Salvador (2004). In this context, was assembled a sample consisting of 222 employees from social organizations and industries, belonging to the District of Aveiro. The study concluded that bullying is an obvious phenomenon for more than 20 of the respondents, which takes as a victim of this behavior, leaving also clear that this behavior affects the way of life and the attitude towards the work. |
