Abstract	Abstract : Vaginal discharge is one of the clinical disorder that is often complained by all women. For adolescent girls who are just entering puberty with all forms of phenomenon changes in them, if this problem is not treated early will have a negative impact in the future. The purpose of this study was to determine the correlation between knowledge and behaviour with the incidence of vaginal discharge of adolescent girls in eleventh grade of SMA Kristen 1 Tomohon. This study methods using Observasional Analytic with cross sectional approach. The population in this study were all adolescent girls in eleventh grade of SMA Kristen 1 Tomohon with sample of 64 people by using Purposive Sampling technique. The instrument used was questionnaires. The results of this study using Chi-Square test for knowledge with the incidence of vaginal discharge obtained value (p=1,000 > α 0,05) and behaviour with the incidence of vaginal discharge obtained value (p=0,016 α 0,05) dan untuk perilaku dengan terjadinya keputihan nilai yang diperoleh (p=0,016 < α 0,05). Kesimpulan ialah tidak ada hubungan pengetahuan remaja putri dengan terjadinya keputihan dan ada hubungan perilaku remaja putri dengan terjadinya keputihan. Saran bagi remaja putri agar lebih memperhatikan personal hygiene yang baik untuk mencegah terjadinya keputihan. Kata Kunci : Pengetahuan, Perilaku, Keputihan.
