| Abstract | Public Private Partnerships (PPP) are the adoption of the successful British model in which the State allows the development of infrastructure through private capital, based on a contract through which the counterparty is obligated and in consideration, it acquires rights for a given time. This model has allowed Colombia to develop in all its spheres and thus, it has been the focus of promoting foreign investment. Although it is a new model, the regulations regarding the subject and in favor of the development of new concessions that will bring great benefits to the country have been substantial. |
