Abstract	This study aims to observe adolescent self adjustments that live in Wisma Putera Orphanage Bandung. This study use case study research design with qualitative approach. The subjects of the study were two adolescent that live in orphanage with age range 16-18 years old male and female. The data of this study were collected through interviews, observations and documentation. The findings showed that most adolescent in Wisma Putera Orphanage Bandung good self adjustment in, both for their personal and their social environment. This is evidenced by the absence of maladjustment at each self adjustment indicator. However, both adolescent having poor relationship with their caregiver. The main factors which affect orphan adolescent self adjustment are factor of environment and factor of orphanage circumstance. This study also found that there is no significant difference of self adjustment between male and female adolescent. From this study, there are several recommendations, for adolescent in orphanage are expected to be able to express their opinion better, establish good relationship to create harmonious relationship between them and orphanage caregiver. Subsequently, orphanage caregiver should be closer to the orphan to establish a better relationship with the orphan.
