| Abstract | The present research work was carried out in the province of Cotopaxi, Canton Salcedo, Parroquia San Miguel, in the La Argentina. Its map coordinates are of 1 ° 02 '39.15'' south latitude and 78 36' 06.91 "west longitude, at an altitude of 2,644 meters. The treatments used animal organic matter, manure Chicken manure, bovine, guinea pig, but rice husks in relation 40-60% is applied efficient microorganisms (Lactic Acid, Yeast, Actinomycetes). We used a completely randomized experimental design with six treatment and three repetitions, the evaluated variables, Time, Temperature (Initial, thermophilic, end), humidity, chemical composition (pH, Mo, N, P, K, Ca, Mg, Cu, Fe, Mn, Zn, C / N, CE (U.S. / CM), fly control, Relation matter, organic / compost, compost yield (kg), Economic Analysis The result obtaining composting efficient application microorganism (Lactic acid, yeast, actinomycetes) T1 (EM + manure), achieved a higher temperature to transform thermophilic composting 59.67 ° C, T3 (EM+manure guinea pig) and T6 (EM + guinea pig manure plus rice husk), the lowest final temperature 18.93 and 19.00 ° C, the T4 (EM + guinea pig), T6 (EM + guinea pig + rice husk) and T2 (EM+bovinaza), with the best index for composting obtaining microorganism implementing efficient with 1.33, 1.42 and 1.72, the T6 (EM +guinea pig more rice husks), T3 (EM +guinea pig) and T4 (EM + manure more rice husk), the higher composting performance in 531.67, 475.50 and 441.67, the best utility and cost benefit ratio with a value of U $ D 23.61 and 1.54 the reported T2 treatment (EM + bovinaza).
