| Abstract | In hospitals as well as in medical offices, the management of patient care data has known a major modifocation by dispensing patient files from paper format to a digital version of the data. The generalization of a computerized patient file is a considerable challenge that our Algerian hospitals are in great need of. In this final work, we propose a patient files management application that manages patients who suffer from the cancerous disease textbf multiple myeloma of the hematology department at the Tlemcen CLCC Cancer Control Center. In order to implement this application, we studied the service environment while respecting the specifications determined by the responsible doctors. The goal is to deploy an application that integrates the information of a new patient to know : his personal information, his history and clinical examinations (biological assessment, cardiac assessment and imaging exams), all his information is archived as a medical report. To build an application that manages patient files and displays the database, we studied two areas : the medical field all that has a relationship with the disease and also the computer domain using javaFX to implement the interface and xampp SQL for the database ; while applying mechanisms to manage medical records by creating an integrated, flexible, and satisfying environment for service physicians |
