| Abstract | This investigation makes a critical analysis of the relationship between violence and law in the Extrajudicial Executions that occurred between 2002 and 2010 in Colombia. To accomplish this objective, this thesis develops a qualitative approach on an explanatory level and documentary design. This methodology makes it possible, in the first place, to problematize the liberal approach that opposes law and violence through the theoretical appreciations of Balibar and Benjamin and, secondly, to analyze the practices that revolved around extrajudicial executions from the political concept.
