| Abstract | To be ahead of their rivals in international markets, enterprises should unite with suppliers and customers and advance activities and operations along with each other to reach agility in the supply chain (SC). The purpose of this study is to propose a model of and rank supply chain agility (SCA) indices in the cement industry. To identify SCA indices, a substantial review of the literature is provided and then, through fuzzy screening, 13 indices identified are confirmed. Also, through interpretive structural modeling (ISM), the SCA model is designed, and finally, based on the interrelationships defined among agility indices and experts’ options, and using fuzzy network analysis process (FNAP), the significance coefficient of each of the indices is calculated. Results showed that such indices as “planning” and “net-centricity” were the most basic foundations of SCA in the company under study. The study can serve as a basis for management decision-making to create agility in the SC, and as the study integrates fuzzy network analysis with SIM, it can have a theoretical significant in studies on SCA. |
