| Abstract | The subject of considerations of this publication is justice and its role in child’s education at the first stage of general education. The article discusses the issue of justice from the definition of the concept and its hierarchy to the possibility of using certain theoretical assumptions in typical school situations. The analysis involved, in particular, the role of the teacher as the one who applies the principles of justice. All these considerations end up with a lesson plan, which may be applied in the third grade of primary school, concerning the understanding of the concept of justice and the identification of behaviours generally regarded as unequitable. |
