| Abstract | The present work is part of the design of turbomachinery and consists of develop an "integral approach" for the dimensioning and optimization of the centrifugal pump machine with blades. It is a three-dimensional modeling of dynamic, unsteady, viscous, turbulent and incompressible flow. The aim of this study is to analyze and to understand the flow behavior of the fluid circulating inside the turbomachinery. We followed the three-dimensional approach where the distributions of pressure and velocity fields were presented The sides of the pallets projected on the two meridian planes and paddle blades. The conservation equations are solved by genetic algorithms included in the calculation code "CFX" using the finite elements method, the Reynolds constraints were expressed by the turbulent shear stress (SST) transport model, The results obtained are not only a serious review of prediction and understanding of the phenomena associated with the operation of turbomachinery but also for the prediction of performances. |
