Abstract	The implementation of PGIRH and the formation of plan de accion of Empresa de Servicos Publicos Tribunas Corcega, has as general objetive that is contribute to the peforming of PGIRH objectives and formulate the company Plan de Accion, that is referred to execution of activities guieded to perform the objectives put forward for second and third year, and after in basis of the PGIRH, do a new Plan de Accion for the next four years. The activities to execute for the second and third year performing objectives established in th PGIRH is showed the following actions: Processes and activities evolution for the protection of the aqueduct system supply basin (Barbas river), making of enviroment reflect on campaings in the village of Tribunas Corcega, advancing state evaluation of the excution of the Plan Operativo para el Manejo Integral del Recurso Hidrico, adjusting and modification to the Programa de Uso Eficiente y Ahorro del Agua and the economical and financial resources management for the construction and installation of restorage water tank in the potabilization plant that allows the aqueduct´s supplying in critical moments of turbid or summer. The formulation of the Plan de Accion is based on this following topics: adminstrative aspects as the organization´s preceding (historical review), administrative structure upgrade (organigram and human resources) and funtions manual;economical aspects, PQR’s collection and attention, technical and operative aspects as a technical and operative description of the services (sewer systems, aqueduct and clean) and finally enviromental aspects like enviromental management proyects and enviromental education. The activities realized on the quality and effiency increasing of many different components of sewer, aqueduct and clean services are stablished as esential part in company management.
