Abstract	Introduction: since the Decree 1072 of 2015, all companies must implement the Management System Health and Safety at Work, January limit date 31/2017 and in case of default administrative tasks and exposed to economic sanctions. Objective: Planning Management System of Health and Safety at Work for a company in Cali locative maintenance, following the parameters of Decree 1072 of 2015, which raised three specific objectives. Methodology: In the first phase, the diagnosis of the current state of the company was conducted, then a plan of collection and recording of information required for planning was implemented; finally, a proposal for how to structure the Management System Health and Safety at Work. Results: absence of a Management System Health and Safety at work. The company had information, but not organized in a way that meets the requirements of the Decree. A fulfillment of 88% of planning Management Health and Safety at Work was achieved. For planning a Management System Health and Safety at work for a small business can have an approximate cost of eight million pesos in indirect costs. Conclusion: For planning Management System Health and Safety at work cause impact on the company, it must be immersed in organizational culture, created under the context of the organization, developed with the participation of workers and led by senior management.
