| Abstract | We report on 3 individuals who describe aggressive thoughts and behaviors that frequently occurred in association with panic symptoms. It is theorized that the seemingly paradoxical emotions of fear and aggression may actually share a similar etiology. Of clinical interest, the subjects improved in both their panic and aggressive symptoms when they were treated with antidepressant medication. |
