| Abstract | Total control of energy consumption and energy structure optimization, the process of China's economic development has become a major task in the current. For it is in Hebei Province, in order to account for the dominant position, the need to comprehensively promote the restructuring and upgrading, to break the bottleneck of resources and environmental constraints, accelerate economic growth trends in the environment of Beijing, Tianjin and collaborative development. This paper analyzes the relationship between the structural adjustment of the industrial sector and energy consumption as well as for the energy intensity of the impact, according to the method of scenario analysis, the results can save energy by adjusting the industrial structure of the industry. |
