Abstract	Small and Medium industry is one sector that help accelerate economic growth, this is in line with the vision of East Java, as the center of trade and industry leading, globally competitive and serves as the main driver of the economy in order to improve the welfare of society.One way to optimize small medium industry is to gather them in one area. The concentration of economic activity in the spatial, especially in the sector of small and medium industries become an interesting phenomenon to be analyzed.This study aims to determine where, and in what sectors of small and medium industries in East Java concentrated. And to determine the factors that influence small medium industries are concentrated in a region.The analytical method used is CR4, LQ, and multiple linear regression (OLS). Based on the analysis, known spatial concentration of small medium industries in East Java in the city of Surabaya, Sidoarjo, and Gresik. While the sub-sector is superior to wood processing industry, food industry, beverages, tobacco, textiles, apparel, and leather. From the results of multiple linear regression concluded that the variable amount of labor, and productivity have a significant effect, while the wage variable and not significantly affect the level of competition.
