| Abstract | This study aimed to evaluate eggplant seedlings (Solanum melongena L.) under different substrates treatments. (T): 1 (100% Land), 2 (50 % Land + 50 % Composting) and 3 (100 % Composting), having as endpoints variables G % (germination), IVG (germination speed index), NF (number of leaves), TF (sheet size) and AP ( plant height ). The G% was 100 % in T1 and 89.06 % in T2 and T3. The IVG was 2.47 at T1 and T3 and 2.33 in T2. In regards to the NF treatments, they did not differ significantly from each other. The variable TF treatments were statistically different and the T3 had the best value, 3,16500cm.
