| Abstract | Web 2.0 has come along with several tools which are used for various purposes. This paper pays attention to three of them as regards language teaching – blogs, wikis and social networking. To do so, their main uses in language teaching are revised. Some suggestions of how to use them in language teaching are put forward in the context of the Escuelas Oficiales de Idiomas (Spanish state language schools), the authorised institutions in Spain for the teaching of languages. |
