| Abstract | This work was carried out keeping in mind that the neighborhood stores have a high impact in the economy of the country, however, until the moment has not taken advantage the potential of this trade type, due to the lack of conscience of the conditions that they are required to grow, possibly for ignorance of the necessities of the clients. What took us to conclude that a training program is an important contribution for this union. This was evidenced through personal surveys and bibliographical revision of previous studies. The weaknesses were evaluated that were with the purpose of defining the topics of quality that should be in a training program in quality for the tradesmen of the city of Armenia. It was also considered necessary to identify the curricular aspects, the didactic strategies and the support material that it was required. The analysis of the surveys determined the structure of the training program with emphasis in the topics of Good Practices of Hygiene, (The contamination for microorganisms, Main pollutants of the foods, Control of Plagues, Laundry of the hands), Service to the Client (Courtesy, Trust, Capacity, Understanding, Communication, Security, Access, Facilities, Furniture and Containers, Council to Improve the Quality of the Service, Exhibition, Council for retaining Clients). With this information the curriculum were designed for each topic. Additionally considering the grade of predominant study in the tradesmen was determined important to define that the didactic strategies should be based on shops interactive, materials with simple and practical language, making use of audiovisual means as notes and videos. |
