Abstract	RESUMEN . En este trabajo nos proponemos analizar al peronismo en la provincia de Santiago del Estero a partir de una mirada que pretende desentranar el modo en el que se entrelazaron los espacios provincial y nacional entre 1943 y 1955, y situar su particularidad entre lo nuevo y lo viejo. En otras palabras, creemos que el espacio politico santiagueno, hegemonizado por el peronismo casi desde su irrupcion como tal, posee una dinamica en la que las fronteras espaciales, entre el ambito provincial y el nacional, y temporales, entre el pasado y el presente, se resignifican y reescriben de manera permanente en torno a la Justicia Social. El objetivo principal es dar cuenta de los alcances que tuvo la justicia del trabajo a traves del funcionamiento de organismos publicos (oficina, departamento, delegacion y los Tribunales del Trabajo) en relacion, a su vez, con otras instituciones a partir del cual se ponen de manifiesto los principios de justicia social tal como los concibe el peronismo durante este periodo. In this paper we propose to analyze the Peronism in the province of Santiago del Estero from a look that tries to uncover the way in which the spaces provincial and national interlaced between 1943 and 1955, and to place its particularity among old and new. In other words, we believe that the political space santiagueno, hegemonized by Peronism almost from its irruption as such, has a dynamic in which the spatial boundaries between national and provincial level, and temporal, between past and present, are re-meant and rewrite in a permanent way around the Social Justice. The principal aim is realize of the scopes that had the work justice across the functioning of public organisms (office, department, delegation and Work Courts) in relation, in turn, with other institutions from which there is revealed the principles of social justice as the Peronism conceives them during this period.
