| Abstract | Psychology has expanded its application areas in the last decades, seeking and finding topicsof safety and health at work more effectively than other disciplines. This work wants to address one of the basic constructs of psychology, personality, which thanks to William Multon Marston, author of the theory and the DISC test that it will be used for this work, making it possible to compare a sample of accident victims with one of non-accident victims in the company Pardo Carrisoza Navas SAS counting with two phases of descriptivecorrelational investigation. The first phase searchs to identify descriptive differences between both groups, like incidence in people according to their marital status, number of children, health status, among others. In the second phase only the sample of accident victims is studied, taking indicators of frequency, severity and fatigue provided by the accident investigations of the company Pardo Carrisoza Navas S.A.S. with indicators provided by the DISC test by way of personality factors, trying to find the correlation between these numerical variables. |
