| Abstract | The ArƟ culated AcƟ on Plan (PAR) introduced in the second term of government Luiz Inacio Lula da Silva (2007-2010), under the EducaƟ on Development Plan (PDE) had drawn mainaƩ enƟ on on Brazilian educaƟ onal policy. It is a strategic planning tool, shared in four extents and developed by the states and municipaliƟ es in order to receive technical and fi nancial assistance from the Ministry of EducaƟ on (MEC). This arƟ cle presents research results and aims at analysing the acƟ ons defi ned or redefi ned in the second PAR cycle (2011-2014), under the EducaƟ onal Management dimension in three municipaliƟ es in the state of Mato Grosso do Sul, through the examinaƟ on of documentary sources. It is considered that MEC has led federal enƟ Ɵ es to take responsibiliƟ es on management educaƟ on, enabling the incorporaƟ on of democraƟ c management policies for basic educaƟ on. |
