| Abstract | EnglishThe paper presents literature review of the production of Cyberculture and Digital Content & Technological Convergence Research Groups of Intercom Congress in the last ten years. We look back on the articles that performed gathering of interactional, conversational and opinion data on social networking sites. Nos debrucamos sobre os artigos que realizaram coleta de dados interacionais, conversacionais e opinativos em sites de redes sociais. Variaveis relacionadas a quantidade de dados, ferramentas de coleta, plataformas analisadas e apresentacao dos resultados foram rastreadas a luz de questoes referentes aos desafios e potencialidades destas modalidades de pesquisa. |
