| Abstract | espanolEn la presente investigacion se busco conocer los factores que inciden en la motivacion de los estudiantes para continuar estudiando Comunicacion Social-periodismo; los estudiantes con los que se trabajo son de los ultimos semestres (VII, VIII y IX) del Centro Regional Soacha, una de las sedes de UNIMINUTO en Colombia. La investigacion se hace interesante porque precisamente dentro del Centro Regional, donde se desarrollo, no se han hecho investigaciones de dichas tematicas, ademas que se evidencio, por medio de la metodologia “estudio de casos” que la motivacion es uno de los factores mas importantes para que un estudiante decida o no continuar sus estudios universitarios. En el momento de dar respuesta a la pregunta de investigacion, se logro cumplir con el objetivo general “Identificar los factores que inciden la motivacion de los estudiantes para que continuen sus estudios de pregrado en el programa de Comunicacion Social-periodismo de UNIMINUTO, Sede Soacha”. EnglishThis research sought to learn about the factors that affect the motivation of students to continue studying Social communication – journalism; students worked with those who are the last semester (VII, VIII and IX) of the Soacha Regional Centre, one of the headquarters of UNIMINUTO in Colombia. The research is interesting because there have not been made research on these topics before, also which was evidenced by “case study” methodology that motivation is one of the most important factors so, that a student can decide or not to continue his university studies. At the time of answering to the research question, achieved to comply with the general objective “Identify the factors that affect the motivation of the students so that they to continue their university studies of Social communication - journalism UNIMINUTO program, headquarters Soacha”. |
