Chlamydia trachomatis,Mycoplas ma hominis and Ureaplasma urealyticum are associated with various di seases of the urogenital infections, which including non-gonococcal urethritis(NGU).The ai m of present study was to evaluate the prevalence and antibiotic suscepti bility of Chlamydia trachomatis, Mycoplasma hominis and Ureaplasma urealyti cum in patients with NGU over 2 years in Shaoxing,China. Methods: A total of 1856 Urethral and vaginal samples were taken from t he patients with the non-gonococcal urethritis. The realtime fluorescenc e quantitative PCR(FQ-PCR) was used for the detection of Chlamydia trachoma tis.The identification and antibiotic susceptibility of Ureaplasma urealyt icum and Mycoplasma hominis were detected with Mycoplasma IST assay. Results:Chlamydia trachomatis were isolated in 236 patients(12.72%), |
