Abstract	The mental health area has been a pioneer in the discussion and use of the concept of public politics networks in mental health, management and planning, intersectoral and organization of mental health services and practices. However, this network building is crafted in order to suggest the potency of life and human relations forming affective bonds and relational technologies that enable the networks production of health care. The word “bond” is usually used in the sense of emotional connection between two subjects. There is bond, when there is acceptance of the other as a legitimate other in coexistence. When there is emotion, reflection, desire of interaction and respect for the autonomy of each of those involved. This research takes as focus map and analyze the bonds constructed in CAPS Ad Alameda de Niteroi user's perceptions and has as specific objectives to identify the careful points of the health mental CAPS Ad Alameda users in health services and know the linkages constructed in its conception by the user of mental health from CAPS Ad Alameda in health services. This is a research of type case study with a qualitative approach utilizing as a tool for analyzing the therapeutic itinerary scoring linkages of health services. As research instruments were used: observation script structured to collect in the records, the technique of participant observation in the patients' monitoring, use of a field diary and unstructured interview. After data collection, they were exposed to the analysis and grouped into three topics. On the topic Approaches and U linkages while monitored during the CAPS Ad we observe the entire user route on health network seeking their ties constructed in this process; on the next topic named Analysis of Linkages, using the User's Conception of CAPS Ad, we evaluate the subject speech in parallel to the perception of links brought by authors we seek to understand how to produce the formation of these relationships for the patient; on topic Therapeutic Itinerary, mapping of Care Points, we delimited the services used by the user. The results of this process of health care that comes from the production of links by subject occur during treatment, seeking new production of relationship and understanding the different ways in which this subject constitutes its ties in life. We identified their connections to health services and how they s쳮d modifying its dynamic caring. We conclude that to work the process of mental health caring about alcohol and other drugs we need to be fine tuned with concepts like addressed in this research, the link that takes the importance of uniqueness, building networks, the completeness of the subject in the assistance provided by professionals. Rethinking the practices of everyday life by applying new tools to care and exercise the health.
