| Abstract | El presente articulo propone un marco para el desarrollo de proyectos de gestion del conocimiento dentro de la administracion publica, a traves de factores como el rapido crecimiento de datos, informacion y conocimientos puestos a disposicion de las organizaciones La creciente importancia de la gestion del capital intelectual y en particular para la administracion publica, crea la necesidad de que el gobierno adopte nuevas medidas al interior y en la rendicion de cuentas, lo cual requiere de la participacion mas intensa de los actores involucrados, sus conocimientos y la experiencia acumulada. Se analiza la gestion del capital intelectual en el sector publico y el aumento de la rotacion de personal, lo que crea dificultades en el mantenimiento de los conocimientos internos de las areas de la administracion publica. Asi mismo, se identifican las estrategias utilizadas por las organizaciones para la gestion del conocimiento, basadas principalmente en las formas de aplicacion para lo cual se abordan tres escuelas que incluyen, estrategias y recursos de tecnologia, clasificacion de las estrategias alineadas para maximizar el aprovechamiento de los conocimientos, y los activos intelectuales de la organizacion basados en la estructura y una red de individuos y grupos para compartir conocimientos. ABSTRACT. The following articles propose a set framework for the development of projects which manage knowledge in public administration, by means of such factors as the swift growth of data, information and skills that are then made available to organizations. The increasing importance of the intellectual capital management, in particular for public administration, creates the need for the government to adopt new measures within itself and accounting, which, requires of the most intensive participation from those involved and from their accrued skills and experience. It analyzes the intellectual capital management in the public sector and increased staff turnover, which creates difficulties in maintaining internal knowledge of the areas of public administration. In the same manner, the strategies employed by organizations for knowledge management are identified, based primarily on the ways of implementation of which include three disciplines comprising of technology resources and strategies, classification of the strategies aligned thus maximizing the advantage of knowledge, and of active intellectuals which are based on a structure and a network of individuals and groups that share knowledge. |
