| Abstract | A criacao dos Nucleos de Apoio a Saude da Familia (NASF) ampliou a perspectiva do atendimento integral, com base nas acoes especificas priorizadas pela Politica Nacional de Promocao da Saude (PNPS), que inclui a pratica corporal/atividade fisica em acoes na rede basica de saude e na comunidade, fundamentando a insercao do profissional de Educacao Fisica (EF) no Servico de Atencao Basica. O perfil dos profissionais da rede de Atencao Basica, entre os quais o profissional da EF, deve contemplar posturas que superem a perspectiva individualizante e fragmentaria que tradicionalmente abordam os modos de viver e coloca os sujeitos e as comunidades como responsaveis unicos pelas varias mudancas ocorridas no processo saude-doenca. Discutindo a atuacao do profissional da EF no Sistema Unico de Saude (SUS) com vistas a promocao da saude, a partir da literatura, das Diretrizes Curriculares Nacionais, da PNPS, da Portaria no 154/2008 que criou o NASF e das Diretrizes do NASF constatou-se que o perfil profissional proposto pelas Diretrizes Curriculares Nacionais vai ao encontro das necessidades indicadas pelas politicas publicas e diretrizes para atuacao profissional no SUS, no entanto, ha poucas pesquisas e artigos publicados mostrando como sao viabilizadas as propostas da PNPS no processo de formacao dos profissionais da EF, bem como sao escassos os estudos sobre a atuacao destes profissionais no SUS. Considerando a relevância da atuacao dos profissionais da EF no SUS, por meio do NASF, conclui-se pela necessidade de realizar mais pesquisas e divulgacao, bem como incentivar a problematizacao da promocao da saude na area da EF. The creation of Nucleus of Support to Family Health has broadened the perspective of comprehensive care, based on specific actions prioritized by the National Policy Health Promotion, which includes the practice corporal/physical activity in actions in the primary network of health care and in the community, justifying the insertion of the physical education professional in the Primary Health Care. The profile of professionals in the Primary Network of Health Care, among which the physical education professional is included, shall include positions that go beyond the individualizing perspective and fragmentary that traditionally approach the ways of living, and place individuals andcommunities as the only responsibles for the various changes occurred in the health-illness process. Discussing the performance of physical education professional in Single Health System, aiming the health promotion, from the literature, from the National Curriculum Guidelines, from the National Policy for Health Promotion, from the Ordinance no. 154/2008 that established the Nucleus of Support to Family Health and from the Guidelines for the Nucleus of Support to Family Health, found that the professional profile proposed for the National Curriculum Guidelines will meet the needs identified by public policies and guidelines for performance of these professionals in Single Health System, however, little has been researched on how the National Policy for Health Promotion proposals are made possible in the formation of physical education professional, and that there are few studies on the performance of these professionals in Single Health System. Considering the importance of action of physical education professional in the Single Health System, through the Nucleus of Support to Family Health, it was concluded that is necessary the development of new researches and the encouragement of the questioning of the health promotion in the Physical Education area. |
