Chapter II, State of the Art; It is composed of the research background, and its theoretical foundation through the definition by citing authors in each of the variables of the research. Chapter III, Methodology; It indicates the methodology with which this research is developed, the techniques and instruments with which sufficient and competent information is gathered for the development of the present investigation. Chapter IV, Results and Discussion; establishes the basis on which the conclusions and recommendations of this titling work are based. |
