Abstract	Este artigo e resultante de um diagnostico analitico do ambiente interno de uma propriedade rural especializada em cria de bovinos de corte. Contudo, este estudo foi composto de levantamento de dados e informacoes coletados a partir de entrevistas estruturadas aplicadas aos profissionais responsaveis pela producao, mercadologia, sistema de informacoes, financas, gestao de pessoas e administracao geral da organizacao. Trata-se de um estudo de caso da Fazenda Alvorada localizada no Estado do Tocantins – Brasil, onde os dados e informacoes coletadas permitiram a constituicao de uma radiografia do ambiente interno da organizacao mediante aplicacao de um roteiro de levantamento (check-list) com base na utilizacao do Modelo SWOT, seguido de uma entrevista estruturada contemplando as variaveis e aspectos envolvidos com a situacao economico-financeira, operacoes e producao, sistema de informacao gerencial, administracao e gestao de recursos humanos. Ao fim, percebem-se no diagnostico estrategico, os pontos positivos e negativos do sistema gerencial da propriedade rural, a estruturacao atual da organizacao e os reflexos na atividade economica da organizacao.-------------------------------------------------This article is resulting from an analytical diagnosis of the internal atmosphere of a specialized rural property in it creates of bovine of cut. However, this study was composed of rising of data and information collected starting from interviews structured applied to the responsible professionals for the production, marketing, system of information, finances, people's administration and general administration of the organization. It is treated of a study of case of Finance located Dawn in the State of Tocantins - Brazil, where the data and collected information allowed the constitution of a x-ray of the internal atmosphere of the organization by application of a rising itinerary (check-list) with base in Model SWOT use, following by a structured interview contemplating the variables and aspects involved with the economical-financial situation, operations and production, system of managerial information, administration and administration of human resources. To the end, they are noticed in the strategic diagnosis, the positive and negative points of the managerial system of the rural property, the current structuring of the organization and the reflexes in the economical activity of the organization.
