Abstract	Children are a gift from God is given to parents. One of many factors that affect interpersonal intelligence is the stimulation of playing in the family, peers, and culture. This study aimed to analyze the correlation between the stimulation of playing with interpersonal intelligence in preschool children at Al-Amien Kindergarten Patrang Jember . This study design using analytic survey with cross sectional method. The subjects were 162 parents or close family members with children in Al-Amien’s kindergarten that collected by stratified random sampling. The instrument used modification of interpersonal skills test questionnaire and stimulation play based on the criteria of the Ministry of Health questionnaire. Analysis based on Spearman rank test (CI = 95%) showed the p value = 0,041 (<α = 0.05). There is a correlation between stimulation of playing and interpersonal intelligence. A good stimulation on playing will increase the child's interpersonal intelligence. Parents play an important role in enhancing the intelligence of the child in accordance with the growth and development. Family can perform interpersonal intelligence to their child with many good stimulation and tools playing educative suitable to their development phase.
