Abstract	Resumen: La vulnerabilidad en la que se encuentran expuestas las personas migrantes en transito por el territorio mexicano, con el objeto de llegar a los Estados Unidos de Norte America; vulnerabilidad que arroja a los migrantes a la clandestinidad y los expone a los riesgos de la delincuencia organizada, ha hecho de la migracion irregular un negocio de fuertes ingresos economicos. Una vez analizada la migracion irregular en transito por el territorio nacional, se hace un estudio del debido proceso, que como derecho fundamental les corresponde por mandato constitucional a los migrantes irregulares en transito por Mexico y que contiene un principio juridico procesal para el migrante que consiste en las obligaciones que tienen los organos del Estado de cumplir un conjunto de requisitos antes de realizar los actos que puedan afectar la esfera juridica de las personas migrantes. Abstract: The vulnerability that immigrants in transit through Mexico are exposed to when they try to reach the United States of America; vulnerability that throws migrants into hiding and exposes them to the risks of organized crime, which has made a strong business out of irregular migration. After analyzing irregular migration in transit through the country, the study of the due process is made, as a legitimate right, that under the Constitution, belongs to irregular migrants in transit through Mexico and which contains a procedural legal principle for the migrant consisting of obligations of state bodies to fulfill a set of requirements before performing actions that could affect the legal rights of migrants.
