Abstract	The objective of this study was to accomplish a revision of literature on the dentistry service to patient with special needs, in their main aspects, tends in view the transformations and clinical discoveries in the dentistry area that implicates directly in learning again to take care of the customer. The revision demonstrated the importance of the professionals' interaction with the new publications and methods that can be incorporate, resells the postures essentially used, coming back human to the side from the service to the patient so that there is a more effective result in the service of these.
