| Abstract | Mass events require specific rules of procedure of the emergency services involved in the activities. Activities performed by paramedics arrived at the scene are slightly different from those which carry entitlement rescuers having to perform only qualified first aid. However, in the case of self-driving activities exclusively one or the other group, rescue operation is not possible success. Despite the different scope of activities and powers to be performed by various departments at the scene, rescue operations must be based on cooperation of all units, because life and health of victims depend on this cooperation. |
