| Abstract | The groundwaters represent a source of water of expressive highlight to attend the necessities of the populations, in the face of the current pressure about their availability and quality. In the face of this, is important this the quality of that hydric source be monitored, in order to use it of efficient mode, looking improve the process of agricultural production and avoid the salinization of natural resources. For this purpose, during the dry period of the region, it was collected samples of water of 28 wells and three sources of surfacewaters, georeferenced in Jaguaruana – Ce, where the following parameters were evaluated: electrical conductivity (CE), pH and the ions Sodium (Na), potassium (K), calcium (Ca), chloride (Cl), carbonate (CO ), bicarbonate (HCO) and sulfate (SO4). The samples showed that the surface waters had presented bigger salinity than the most sources of underwater, with both sources with predominance of ions Cle Na+. |
