Abstract	Smoking is still being a public health problem which trying to be overcomed by the policy implementation of non-smoking areas (KTR). This study aims to describe policy implementation of KTR in Provincial Health Office of South Sulawesi. The design using a descriptive research with quantitative approach. The study population as many as 245 people. Sample of this study consist as 120 people. The sampling technique using simple random sampling. Data were obtained through questionnaires and indepth interviews. Data analysis using univariate and bivariate . The results showed that 67.5% of respondents assess the policy implementation of KTR in that place s쳮d. Furthermore, from four components of policy implementation of KTR include communication, resources, attitude and commitment, and SOP of KTR, all indicators of these components fulfilled. Except indicator of participation of employees in socialization of KTR's policy on communication component which only obtain percentage of 50.6% (<100%), so stated aren't fulfilled. In addition, the four components have great influence in success to policy implementation of KTR. The conclusion is policy implementation of KTR in Provincial Health Office of South Sulawesi going pretty well.
