| Abstract | This paper aims to shed light on the relationship that exists between laterality and the learning processes of reading, writing and arithmetic. For this research has been done on 50 children of 1 primary, correlating these variables: a laterality test, including the dominance of hand, foot, eye and ear; the academic performance of these same children in subjects such as language and mathematics, in particular, in the aspects of reading, writing and arithmetic. The results of this study have confirmed the hypothesis of the relationship between poor lateralization and difficulties in learning the basic teachings primary. |
