Abstract	This article is interested in the problems of the introduction out of purse. It offers the advisability of evaluating the effect of the introduction out of purse on the visibility of the BOA On the methodological level, the approach used (quantitative) is based on the theory of Gordon and the model of actualization of the dividends as well as the comparison of the ratios Finance & Finance Internationale N°11 juillet 2018 http://revues.imist.ma/?journal=FFI ISSN: 2489-1290 2 of performance. For that purpose, we initially evaluated the action of the Benign BOA starting from the model of actualization of the dividends then in the second time we compared certain ratios of performances of the Benign BOA and Ecobank Benin. As a whole, the results show that the action of the Benign BOA is to be bought. The Benign BOA has a profit of visibility compared to Ecobank Benin. However this profit of visibility is not total. With the introduction out of purse, the companies have a greater visibility. This change has a positive impact on the performance. Indeed, the purse plays the role of a body delivering a certain label with the company. Moreover the introduction out of purse more value gives to the actions. These actions become more liquid and they can be used as hypothecation. Lastly, the purse, by its mechanism of control has an impact on the business management. In the event of good management, the company is seen rewarding by the market. Indeed the value of the action evolves/moves positively. However in the event of bad management, the company is seen sanctioning by the market by the means of a loss in value of its actions.
