| Abstract | This article aims to analyze and obtain data regarding the performance of the Public Ministry of RN meet the demands of improper conduct and how is the processing of these actions aiming to verify whether, in fact, Law No. 8.429/92 (of Misconduct Law administrative), it is an effective mechanism to combat and reprimand corruption. For this we used the historical-deductive method.
