Abstract	The present crisis of capitalism, at the same time economic, political and juridical, is also accompanied by a crisis of its support theories, which need to be seen as a theoretical problem of research. This work mains to systematize those theoretical horizons of the Marxist field that seek to be founded on the very materiality of the reproduction of capital, pointing to its determinations and their contradictions, revealing the structural character of the crisis and the political-ideological problem of social reproduction. Thus, a specific junction of some of the contemporary Marxist theoretical fields that flourished, almost all, from the last third of the twentieth century will be sought. In the main, the theoretical framework that will link such fields will be the critique of law promoted by Evguiéni Pachukanis, as well as the contributions that Althusser will build for the critique of legal ideology.
